CSOs Congratulates DTAC for setting procurement standards

 The Civil Society Network for Good Governance has commended the Director General of the Directorate of Technical Aids Corps, Dr.Pius Olakunle Osunyikanmi for successfully creating and chairing the first procurement process in the Directorate.

 The President of the Network, Barr. Adefila Kamal while addressing news men shortly after witnessing the recruitment process said he was impressed with the orderliness and compliance with the dictates of the procurement act.


Adefila called on the various government agencies to ensure they continue to comply with the dictates of the acts and ensure that only qualified contractors who are not known for any shady acts are awarded contracts to.

 He also plead with the Directorate to ensure that the contractors are payed the amount agreed upon and in time. "The Civil Society Network for Good Governance will continue to monitor and ensure that the 109 Ministries, Departments and Agencies covered by the Network are better and serve Nigeria and Nigerians more effectively and efficiently" the statement reads.
